Essex care homes shortlisted for customer service award

Hallmark care homes, Anisha Grange and Admiral Court have been shortlisted for an esteemed customer service award.

The Essex homes are in the running for an award in ‘Excellent Customer Service’ category at the prestigious Essex Business Awards.

The awards, first established in 1995, seek to acknowledge local companies and recognise their dedication to achieving excellence.

Finalists will be judged on categories including; customer service policy, customer satisfaction, feedback and number of referrals.

Managing director of Hallmark Care Homes, Avnish Goyal said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for this award, Anisha Grange and Admiral Court consistently provide great customer service and this is reflected by their high customer recommendation rating on carehome.co.uk.

“Over 25% of Anisha Grange and Admiral Court enquiries come from recommendations which strongly demonstrates their dedication to achieving excellence and delivering exceptional relationship-centred care.”

Anisha Grange, opened in 2011 provides residential, nursing and dementia care to 70 residents. Its facilities include; a hairdressers, therapy room, cinema and coffee shop.

Admiral Court, opened in 2012 provides dementia and nursing care to 60 residents. Its facilities include; a hairdressers, therapy room, cinema and pub.

The 2015 winners will be named at a glittering ceremony at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend on Friday 2nd October.
